Please forgive me for my complete and utter bombardment of all things cute in this post. I've had literally over like 300 pictures from the Royal-T/ Hello Kitty birthday event that have just been crying out to be sorted and posted, so let the cute and cuddly commence!

These prints were freaking AMAZING!!!! I really wanted one, but Lagerfeld was already sold out and I couldn't get myself to shell out the $60 for the tiny Bowie. As much as I wanted to!

Seriously though, what a cute couple and I don't even like Gaga!

She's a maniac!

What an amazing day yesterday was! I got to go and have my AMAZING Maniac on Sugar Island tattoo colored in and ended it with the perfect finale! Misha did the most amazing job on this tattoo, and I'm so thrilled with the end results. I found out upon arriving at the shop to get my tattoo worked on that she was planning to attend the Greg Craola Simkins show at Gallery 1988 that night, there very show I was also planning to attend. So we made tentative plans to say hello upon arrival. I got food with some friends and then headed to the Gallery. Outside I was stopped and my (very) fresh tattoo was admired and I was told that Brandi was inside, Yippee, how awesome that she gets to see the tribute to her work so soon! While getting a shot of one of the AMAZING pieces in the show I felt my bag being tugged on and looked over and it was her. She is the sweetest, most genuine person. Of course I don't know her as well as some but just from reading her blog, corresponding with her over email, and now seeing her in person you can really tell that she has something special about her, it definitely shines through.

A big shout out to everyone that has made this tattoo epically awesome, Brandi the person to put ink to paper, Misha the person to put ink to skin, and my boyfriend for being so awesome and providing me with this tattoo as like 2 years of past and future gifts all wrapped into one :D

You are all freaking awesome!

(oh and fyi some of the pics I took at the show were a bit fuzzy 'cause the place was packed, so I hope to go over and take a few more before posting them)

So I finally had the much talked about tattoo started on yesterday! Here's a few shots of the process. Sorry they're a bit blurry, my boyfriend took them and he's not the best in the biz, but he tries :) .

Two and half hours in and the outline's complete!!! Misha at Zulu tattoo is the absolute BEST in the world. I couldn't have been happier with the work she's done so far, and I definitely couldn't have picked a better person for the job then her! She kicks major ass :)

So now one month and then we start coloring! That's exciting, should be AMAZING upon completion (can you tell I'm excited.... ) !!!

Tomorrow's the day I get the outline (as seen here) done on my tattoo! I am sooooo excited, it's crazy! Original artwork is by one of my favorite artists, and done by THE best tattoo artist in LA (in my opinion) Misha, judging from the work I've seen so far! Wish me luck, I'll post pics asap :)

Spent much of my night on fffound. Thought I'd share some of the goodies I discovered, think I saved over 100+ photos tonight! These are some favs. I wish it was easier to find out the photographers, models, etc of a lot of the photos on there.
