The parties have come to a mutually agreeable resolution.

To the extent that a misconception has been created that Ms. Greydanus was the sole designer of any garments sold by Syren, both parties wish to correct that impression. Many of them were pre-existing Syren designs. Others were modifications of pre-existing designs and were a team effort between Ms. Greydanus, her colleagues at Syren, and others.

Ms. Greydanus does not, nor has she ever wished to take credit from the original creators of these designs. She respects the work of those at Syren and did not leave the company with the intention of disrupting any of their business relationships, nor will she. Ms. Greydanus will not offer any of the Syren designs or alterations of these designs now or in the future.
